Simply email us within 60 days of purchase. We will then require you to return the Growband back to us, in its original packaging.

The Growband Pro is your responsibility until we receive it back at warehouse, so we recommend you send it via a Tracked & Signed For service. Once we have received it we will issue your refund within a maximum of 72 hours.

Please note that all products are subject to a:

- 10% admin cancellation fee, if the order is cancelled before the product has shipped.
- 30% re-stocking fee for completely unused products still in box.
- 50% returns fee for used products.

Refund will be issued once the product has arrived back at our warehouse.
