Just Nutritive Thin Hair Treatment Review

Are you longing for thicker, fuller hair? Pure, naturally-derived ingredients can get it for you. And you can find these ingredients in Just Nutritive Thin Hair Treatment, the best thin hair loss treatment for women.

What is Just Nutritive?

Just Nutritive is a full line of hair products by Just Naturals, a company dedicated to creating beauty products for consumers who want natural, proven ingredients for maximum hair health.

We’ve discussed a few of their products on the blog, including: Grow New Hair, Shampoo, and their Bald Spot Treatment.

Just Naturals reviews show that as people become increasingly concerned about what they’re putting on their skin and in their bodies, they’re looking for safer alternatives.

If you’re tired of questionable chemicals, harsh detergents, and useless fillers in your hair products, you’re not alone. Nearly everyone who writes a Just Naturals review has been amazed at how well their hair responded to a gentle, chemical-free regimen.

Hair Loss Hits Women Hard

Have you ever heard your friends complain about their styling problems or their bad haircuts and thought, “Hey, at least you still have hair!”

Losing our hair is tough on women. We all have bad hair days, but when you don’t have enough hair to work with, your bad hair days start adding up quickly.

Most importantly, when our hair starts dying, and our follicles under produce, we only have about an 18 month window (on average) to bring them back to life before those follicles die for good.

For women, permanent hair loss can be especially devastating as the beauty standards in our culture haven’t caught up with the 1 in 4 women who will experience severe hair loss in her lifetime.

This website is targeted specifically to women who are worried about hair loss or hair health, or who have recently experienced it – my suggestions, reviews, and protocols provide valuable methods to coax those struggling follicles back to life.

Good Hair Days

Most beauty makeovers involve a session at a styling salon. A new cut and color can transform our whole look and attitude. Similarly, thinning hair and bald spots can make us feel like we just don’t look our best.

Yes, men lose their hair too, and it’s no picnic for them.

But we expect men to go bald as they get older. There are even celebrities who have used their baldness to become sex symbols.

You see very few female movie stars and celebrities who are bald.

Are You Losing It?

If you find loose hairs in your brush or in the shower drain, don’t panic. It’s normal to lose 50 to 100 hairs a day.

True signs that you’re facing a serious hair shortage include:

  • Waking with a pile of hairs on your pillow.
  • Seeing wads of hair in the shower drain.
  • A thin patch on your crown that seems to be growing.
  • Seeing more of your scalp when you pull your hair up.

If you’re losing more hair than you’d like, it’s time to do something about it before it becomes too late.

Reasons You Might Lose Your Hair

There are several reasons why you might be seeing less hair on your head. Fortunately, Just Nutritive Hair Growth can help no matter what the reason is.

As we get older, our hair naturally gets thinner. It also gets coarser, so the remaining hair we have requires special care to stay smooth and shiny.

Androgenetic Alopecia (AGA)

To put it baldly (sorry), this is just the female version of male pattern baldness. It is hereditary and hormonal in nature, and usually starts when you’re in your 50s or 60s.

Traction Alopecia

If you wear your hair pulled into aggressive styles like a knot or ponytail every day, you could be causing your hair to thin out and break. Cornrows and braids can also cause this type of hair loss.

Styling and Heat Damage

It’s sad but true. All the things we do to make our hair look good, like heat styling, bleaching and coloring, eventually cause hair to get weak, thin and prone to breakage.

Extreme stress can cause you to feel like tearing your hair out, and as it turns out, it can also cause hair loss. Enduring some type of trauma, including surgery, can cause your hair follicles to temporarily shut down.

Diet and Medical Issues

Losing weight is good for you, but doing it quickly can be rough on your hair. Being pregnant or suffering from a thyroid condition can also cause hair loss. Stress and inflammatory conditions absolutely cause hair loss.

Turn the Tide

Whatever the reason for your thinning locks, you can reverse the trend and get your hair back on track by using a gentle, multi-pronged approach.

  • Use gentle DHT blocking shampoos, like Just Nutritive’s Grow New Hair shampoo.
  • Use a conditioning treatment whenever you wash your hair.
  • Avoid heavy use of gels, lotions and sprays that can build up on your hair.
  • Avoid heat styling.
  • Stop harsh treatments including perms, straighteners, relaxers and bleaching.
  • Stop dying your hair
  • Start using a hair growth serum daily, such as Grow Gorgeous Hair Intense , Minoxidil treatments like Lipogaine, or the natural and just-as-effective-as-minoxidil alternative, Grogenix Scalp Elixir.

What Is In Just Nutritive Hair Loss Treatment?

The name “Just Nutritive” sums it up. This gentle but effective treatment contains all the nutrients your hair needs to reverse damage, gain strength, and begin to take on the fuller, thicker appearance you want.

The pure, naturally-derived, concentrated oils are what make this the best hair loss treatment for women you can buy. You can read more directly on their website, or just keep reading my awesome summary!

Plant oils have been scientifically shown to penetrate hair cuticles and fortify hair from within.

Coconut oil is especially good for renewing strength and resilience to hair.

Olive oil has been used around the globe for centuries to moisturize hair.

Avocado oil is another earth-derived emollient that adds incredible softness and shine.

Camelina oil is an edible oil known for its healthy properties. It contains anti-oxidants and high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential oils our bodies and hair need to maintain hydration and good health.

Perilla oil is a non-greasy oil that helps protects the hair’s level of ceramides. Stress, chemicals and heat styling strip your hair of ceramides, leaving it rough and weak. Perilla oil helps you retain those natural ceramides your hair needs.

Roseship seed oil is another emollient that has been used since ancient times to heal skin and hair problems. It’s a light oil that works especially well to treat dry, sensitive scalps. This makes it ideal for hair that is feeling stressed and thin.

Taken together, these ingredients will:

  • Instantly start to repair frazzled, damaged hair.
  • Strengthen your hair to make it smoother and more resilient
  • Add incredible shine.
  • Make frizzies disappear.
  • Smooth split ends so they’re less noticeable.
  • Give your hair a healthy look and feel.
  • Plump up your hair so it looks and feels thicker.

However, Just Nutritive products do also contain surfactants / detergents (such as sodium lauroyl isethionate). In other words, lathering agent. When used on the scalp, they can cause irritation in certain individuals.

How Does It Work?

To use, simply apply to your hair and scalp several times a week. Start with a dime-sized amount because you don’t need much of this rich, nutrition-packed formula.

You can leave it on for several hours or even all day. Afterward, shampoo with one of Just Nutritive’s gentle shampoos and follow with a conditioner.

Rely on Nature

The best treatments for your skin and hair are those that come straight from nature. Nourish your hair with high-quality nutrition and you’ll see amazing results.

So, is Just Nutritive a good option?

While it does contain more natural ingredients than most “all-natural” brands on the market, it also contains surfactants and detergents. These are completely unnecessary, and can cause scalp irritation.

Perhaps you’re asking yourself:

“What other options are there?”

If you’re looking for a 100% natural, preservative-free hair products line, I recommend Grogenix.

Their line of products includes Caffeine Shampoo and Scalp Elixir. They can be used separately, or together, to reverse hair loss and reinvigorate the follicles.

What Do the Just Nutritive Hair Growth Reviews Say?

You can find many satisfied users of Just Nutritive hair growth treatment on Amazon and other sites.

Just Natural Hair Loss Treatment reviews show that Just Nutritive gets high marks for customer service and for product purity.

However, some reviewers have commented that the products targeted at treating hair loss – namely, the Thin Hair Loss Treatment – didn’t do much in terms of stopping hair fall.

  1. I have always had thin, frizzy hair thanks to my parents. My mother has very frizzy hair and my father has super thin hair, so it was bound to happen. I have always just thought that I would just have to live with it and there was nothing I could do. I later realized that there were products that I could use, but I was always skeptical if they really worked, or if they would just do more damage than good. After reading some of the labels on such products, I was appalled by all the crazy chemical ingredients that are in these products. How will all those chemicals do any good?

After looking at these Just Nutritive products on your blog, I was very impressed by the reviews and especially impressed by the ingredients. This is exactly what I have been looking for, and I will definitely have to give it a try myself. Thanks for the awesome review.

  2. Hi Tabitha! Thanks for reading and sharing more about your hair history! Love it 🙂 I definitely recommend Just Nutritive products for anyone who needs to avoid the nasty chemicals. They have tons of natural ingredients and…we are products of nature, so it makes sense to turn to nature to solve hair-related issues 🙂

  3. Hi Penelope thank you for this post. I have had gastric bypass surgery and one of the side affects is massive hair loss. I also have auto immune disease and take methotrexate which is a form of chemo which also thins your hair. It is quite expensive how long does a bottle last?

  4. Another great product with natural ingredients!
I have used Just Nutritive body lotion before and i really liked. First time i hear of this hair treatment though.
I have very thin hair and it’s always frizzy, i gotten used to always tie it up in a bun or put on a hat when i got out, because it looks bad…and it looks very damaged 🙁
It sure looks better after using some products i learned from thanks to your reviews, so i will gladly try this one.
Just one question…do you think it could cause me a rash? Normally oily products do that….is there any odd side effect?
Thank you for the info again Penelope!

  5. I too have struggled with thin hair since a young girl. It only worsened when I started to use chemicals and heat to style my hair. I stopped using those things and started to use coconut oil which had helped but my hair is still thin on the edges and the back where I sleep so I am excited to see this how this product may work. I love that it contains coconut oil because I know my hair is already taking really well to this ingredient. It is very simple to use and with my daily routine and children and I can really use a product without all the fuss. Thanks for another great review!

  6. Thank you for sharing your experience with thin hair and also your positive experiences using coconut oil to coax it back to life. Something with DHT blockers like this product might really help you regrow those edges!

  7. Hi Anne! I’m not sure if this would give you a rash, you’d need to check the ingredients closely to see if you have any known allergies to them. The good thing is that Just Nutritive has a great refund policy and you can just return it if you have an adverse experience. If you have thin hair, give it a shot!!

  8. Looks like another great product! I am using the Rosemary oil, Cayenne hair treatment, the Organix DHT blocking shampoo & Conditioner, Hairfluence, and the Collagen. I should probably stick to this for now? I’ve lost over 2 thirds of my hair 🙁 I am just desperate to get any of it back. Your website is a god send.

  9. I love reading your reviews because you always add valuable information about hair-loss prevention in addition to the product you are reviewing. The product itself looks good and it’s from a well known brand. Using just one product will not resolve the problem. Most of the things you mention in the multi-pronged approach did help me with getting a more stronger hair. Thanks for your help!

  10. This was a very helpful review. Thank you. My hair is going thinner and so,it looks like it’s time. Thank you

  11. Thank you for reading and sharing your feedback, I’m glad you also like the “educational” aspect of my blog, as I believe that even when stumbles on it just for a product review, it’s an opportunity to school them on the facts of hair loss so that they have reasonable expectations for their own growth!!

  12. I have heard about nutritive but never knew it is that good for hair thinning. I am going to use it for sure and will recommend it to others as well. You always share amazing products and information with use and I am one of your regular reader. I always wait for your new posts. Keep up the great work always…:)

  13. Wow, this Just Nutritive looks like amazing stuff. Who doesn’t want fuller, shiny hair…love that it has coconut oil, one of my favorite things to use on my hair and skin (and dogs). I’m all for products with natural ingredients and it’s a plus that it’s made in the USA. Another great review, thank you!

  14. Hi Tammy – thanks for reading and I’m glad that you like the Just Nutritive treatment ingredients. It does seem like another winner, although this company doesn’t seem to make a bad product. 🙂

  15. Thanks for the review. I like the sound of this product. Would your hair be left really oily using this product given all the oil products in it?

  16. It depends on your moisture level to begin with, honestly. I tend to use the heavily oily products on nights before I know I’m shampooing in the morning, although there are definitely days where I can get away without a shampoo, now that I live in a very dry climate 🙂

  17. Hi Penelope,
I have actually used this hair care line before. At some point when I was going through a lot of stress plus weight loss, my hair condition was not the best. Though after a period of time I was able to normalize my life and eating habits, my hair was also started to be recovering. However, I also wanted to make sure to have proper hair care line to help my hair with recover.
I am totally a great supporter of this product. I used shampoo, leave-in conditioner, and Protein & Vitamin Hair Treatment. My hair was so soft and thick after the treatment. And the best part, my hair did not get oily right away. I was able to wash my hair twice or maximum three times a week. Definitely a must buy product.

  18. Hi Anna! Thanks so much for sharing your experience with this hair treatment! I’m glad that it worked for you and helped your hair recover from excess stress and weight loss, both known causes of hair loss in women.

  19. These bottles last a long time. I’m honestly still on my first bottle of Grow New Hair, which is the same size, and I’ve had it for over a year.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing hair loss due to surgery and medication. you’re not alone and there are still ways to fight it, PM me if you have any questions about your routine!

  20. Thank you for the comment and question! This product is geared more toward hair thinning than hair loss, Just Nutritive does put out another product more for hair loss called Grow New Hair (which I love). Looks like you’ve got quite the arsenal so far, now the hard part is giving it time to work and keeping up with the daily doses 🙂
