Grow the channel
Grow Hairguard's YouTube channel — subscribers, daily views, and revenue — through a consistent pipeline of high-performing long-form and short-form content.
You'll be the engine behind a steady stream of videos that win, then adapt the winners into Meta ads and repurpose them across TikTok and Instagram as needed. This is a real, meaningful problem — millions of people quietly struggle with hair loss, and great content genuinely changes lives for the better.
Your upside is tied directly to growth
A competitive base, plus a bonus on every single subscriber you bring in. Grow the channel and your earnings grow with it — uncapped.
Own the channel end to end
From the first idea to the post-launch iteration, you're the brain behind every video that ships.
Own growth strategy
Content pillars, packaging strategy, publishing cadence, and the experimentation roadmap — all yours to define and drive.
Research + ideate
Spot trends, decode competitor patterns, mine audience pain points, and find the angles that win in the hair-loss space.
Develop content plans
Build weekly and monthly calendars for long-form and Shorts, each with a clear hypothesis and success metrics.
Write + direct
Create outlines, hooks, scripts, and creative briefs that editors can execute to exactly your intended quality.
Manage editors
Run production end-to-end — brief → draft → feedback → publish — holding both speed and quality the whole way.
Packaging & iteration
Direct titles and thumbnails, test rapidly, and iterate on every launch based on how it actually performs.
Cross-platform repurposing
Turn winners into Shorts, TikTok and IG formats, and occasionally Meta ad creatives that convert.
Performance reviews
Weekly channel reviews and learnings: what worked, what didn't, and exactly what we're testing next.
The through-line
You're the primary brain behind every video, the director of production, and the owner of video quality.
What this role is — and isn't
So there's no confusion before you apply.
An editor role. You won't spend all day cutting footage.
Dependent on editing skills. They're useful, but not required.
The primary brain behind the formulation of every video.
The director of video production from idea to publish.
The owner of video quality — you set and uphold the bar.
What you'll need to thrive
If most of these sound like you, we want to hear from you.
Excellent copywriting — and the range to adapt tone for different uses.
Strong instincts for hooks, retention, pacing, storytelling, and packaging.
Research + scripting ability — turn complex topics into compelling narratives.
Experience managing editors and creative production pipelines.
Comfortable with data — CTR, AVD, retention curves, traffic sources — and turning it into decisions.
Strong taste and the ability to give clear feedback that upholds a creative standard.
More than a content role
This is a chance to build something that matters, with room to grow as the team scales.
An amazing international team
Work directly with a sharp, global team inside a fast-growing company — fast feedback loops, real ownership.
A real, meaningful problem
