Fulfilment

We dispatch from our warehouses in the UK and the US, and orders are automatically dispatched from the warehouse with the shortest shipping time. Orders being shipped from the UK warehouse will be dispatched the same day if placed before 1pm UK time.


For orders being dispatched from the US warehouse, the cut-off for same day dispatched is 12pm EST. If your order is placed after the cut-off then it will be dispatched the next working day.

 

Tracking
Orders over $150 will be sent with tracking automatically. For orders under $150, you can upgrade your order to include tracking. We use the following postal / courier providers:

  • Royal Mail
  • USPS
  • DHL
  • Fedex 
  • DPD


Shipping Times

  • United Kingdom: 1 - 3 working days
  • USA: 2 - 4 working days
  • Canada: 5 - 8 working days
  • Europe: 5 - 7 working days
  • Rest of World: 7 - 12 working days


Delivery Costs

United Kingdom, USA, Canada & Europe:

  • Orders less than $20 will incur a $9.95 shipping and handling fee
  • Orders over $20 are eligible for free shipping and handling
  • Orders over $150 come with free tracked shipping and handling


Australia, New Zealand and Rest of World

  • All orders have a flat rate cost $35.24 for shipping and handling


Import Duties, Taxes & VAT

We ship orders from both the United States and the United Kingdom. Orders delivered within these countries will not incur import duties or customs charges.

For orders shipped outside of the United States or the United Kingdom (including the EU, Canada, Australia and other international destinations), import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees may apply once the shipment reaches your country.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside of our control. As a result, we are unable to estimate or guarantee the amount that may be charged for any individual order.

We recommend contacting your local customs or import authority to determine whether duties, taxes, or other charges may apply before placing your order.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.



Returns & Refunds

Our money-back guarantee is limited to one unit per customer. If multiple units are purchased, the guarantee applies only to the first item used, and additional items may only be returned if unused and subject to standard return conditions.

Please note that all products are subject to a:

- 10% admin cancellation fee, if the order is cancelled before the product has shipped.
- 20% re-stocking fee for completely unused products still in box.
- 40% returns fee for used products.


Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused and returned, 10% of the order value will be deducted from the refund to cover return processing costs.


Consumables, once opened cannot be returned, even within 60 days.

Refund will be issued once the product has arrived back at our warehouse.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day refund policy for all online courses.

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
