Job Title: Content Operator
Capacity: Half time (roughly 20 hours)
Remuneration: $800-$1,000 per month.
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven, execution-focused content operator to support content operations and freelance coordination. You’ll work directly with the Ops Manager, handling the day-to-day execution and ensuring smooth project delivery across multiple media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the right hand to the Ops Manager, executing directions and providing status updates
- Interview, shortlist, and recommend freelancers (writers, editors, designers) on Upwork
- Oversee freelancers’ tasks, including sending briefs, sharing assets, and storing deliverables
- Track project progress and maintain accuracy in company Google Sheets
- Review freelancer drafts, provide feedback, and submit polished versions for approval
- Upload finalized content to relevant publishing/scheduling tools
- Write optimized titles and descriptions for media posts across platforms
- Occasionally fill small gaps with light graphic design or video editing as needed
- Providing body copy for marketing assets, funnel pages, descriptions, etc.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail (especially spelling/accuracy)
- Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving
- Ability to check content for accuracy and alignment with project goals
- Marketing mindset when framing content or messaging
- Clear communicator who can coordinate between freelancers and management
Nice-to-Haves
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills for minor tweaks
- Experience with scheduling/publishing tools (Metricool and YouTube)

About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile Copy-Editor/Writer to help elevate our content across YouTube, website, ads, and social channels. This role goes beyond proofreading — it’s about shaping language that grabs attention, builds trust, and drives action. You’ll work closely with our content and operations team to turn good ideas into great messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine science-based scripts into video-ready copy with clear hooks, smooth through-lines, and compelling CTAs
- Write optimized YouTube descriptions, titles, and metadata that improve discoverability and engagement
- Craft website copy, landing page messaging, and ad body copy with a strong marketing edge
- Ensure continuity, tone, and quality across all written content
- Collaborate on A/B tests, writing variant copy that highlights different messaging approaches
- Provide feedback on content drafts to strengthen clarity, persuasion, and brand voice
- Contribute to the team’s creative process by bringing fresh, strategic copy ideas
What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing and editing background (experience in copywriting, journalism, or marketing communications)
- Proven ability to write persuasive, audience-focused content across multiple platforms
- Sharp eye for detail, grammar, and continuity
- Marketing mindset with understanding of digital audience behavior and conversion-driven messaging
- Ability to adapt voice and style depending on platform (YouTube, website, ads, social)
- Self-starter who can take direction but also spot opportunities for improvement
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO and best practices
- Experience in split testing (A/B copy experiments)
- Knowledge of digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
While this will begin as a half-time role, it has the intention of progressing to a full time role.

Chief Medical/Scientific Advisor
We are looking for someone to fill the role as our Chief Medical Advisor. Ideally the candidate is a medical doctor, although that is not completely necessary. Some scientific background is necessary though. That could be along the lines of a medical degree, a science degree or an engineering background. This role will involve various different tasks including:
- Medical reviews of content (blog posts and Youtube scripts)
- Helping with product development
- Helping with new studies and research work
- Helping create content
