Our Anti-Thinning Caffeine Shampoo was designed to work for all hair types. And since the underlying cause of hair loss is the same for everyone with pattern hair loss, you should benefit from the product regardless of your ethnicity and hair type.
In general, you should be able to tell if the Anti-Thinning Caffeine Shampoo is working for you after 3 months, but we recommend using the product for at least 6 months to get the most out of it.
Since our Anti-Thinning Caffeine Shampoo is 100% drug-free and derived from all-natural ingredients the chances of side effects is very unlikely. In some rare cases minor irritation can occur for some people, but this usually subsides over the course of the first week and is not a problem.
RETURNS
We have a 60 day Return Policy, which means that if more than 60 days have elapsed since your order was placed, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible to return your order, the item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. You will then need to return it back to our warehouse. Please email info@hairguard.com to initiate the return process.
If we receive a returned item that is damaged or not in its original packaging then we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
If your item is eligible for a refund we will usually process the refund in 1 working day, and then the refund can take up to 10 working days to be credited to your bank account.
Please note that all products are subject to a:
- 10% admin cancellation fee, if the order is cancelled before the product has shipped.
- 30% re-stocking fee for completely unused products still in box.
Consumables, once opened cannot be returned, even within 60 days.
Refund will be issued once the product has arrived back at our warehouse.
CANCELLATIONS
Customers can cancel their order as long as their order has not started processing. Please email info@hairguard.com with URGENT in the subject line. Unfortunately we do not guarantee we will be able to cancel the order. There's a 10% cancellation fee.

Most shampoos actually work against you, rather than with you. For example, they use powerful surfactants, which are chemicals that are very good at cleaning. The trouble is that they can actually be too good at cleaning, and they remove all of the natural oils from your scalp. These oils are generally beneficial for your scalp, helping to keep it hydrated and fighting off inflammation.
As such, using a normal shampoo can lead to irritation, dryness and itching.
Our Anti-Thinning Caffeine Shampoo , on the other hand, is much more gentle, and works with your scalp and hair to remove excess sebum, and unblock clogged pores, but without stripping away all of the natural oils.

Don’t expect a shampoo to magically regrow your hair – you need to incorporate other treatments/products etc in your routine to really notice a difference. Having said that I do feel like my scalp is a lot happier and the hairs feels more secure in my scalp, so i think it is working.
I recently noticed that I was losing large handfuls of hair while shampooing, and my once thick hair was visibly thinning. After reading positive reviews, I decided to give this product a try—and it works! My hairdresser even pointed out that I have lots of tiny new hair growth, which was exactly what I needed to hear. I definitely give this product a thumbs up. However, I believe the trick is to leave both the shampoo and conditioner on your hair for at least 2 minutes each to get the best results.
I was initially skeptical about whether this shampoo would deliver on its promises, but I’m pleasantly surprised—it really works! I’ve been using it for about three weeks now, and I’ve noticed significantly less hair fall. There’s much less hair coming out when I shower or brush my hair. The most noticeable change is that when I run my fingers through my hair during the day, I no longer experience the excessive shedding I used to. Now, only one or two strands fall out instead of the 20-30 strands I was losing before. I’m thrilled with the results so far and plan to keep using it. The bottle mentions that most people see major results around the 8-week mark, so I’m delighted to already see improvement at just three weeks in.
I use this with Maxoxidil every day, dermaroller once a week and I’m seeing new growth around the temples which were previously thinning quite badly.
Combine this shampoo and the hairguard scalp brush and you will notice a difference in how your scalp and hair feels. Mine used to be very dry and flaky, and now that’s completely cleared up. My hair feels thicker and I think the bald spot on my crown is filling in, although it’s difficult to tell for sure.
