Refund Policy

Hairguard Refund & Cancellation Policy


RETURNS
We have a 60 day Return Policy, which means that if more than 60 days have elapsed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible to return your order, the item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. You will then need to return it back to our warehouse. To initiate the return process email info@hairguard.com. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return postage.


If we receive a returned item that is damaged or not in its original packaging then we reserve the right to refuse the refund.


Please note that all products are subject to a:

- 10% admin cancellation fee, if the order is cancelled before the product has shipped.
- 30% re-stocking fee for completely unused products still in box.
- 50% returns fee for used products.

Consumables, once opened cannot be returned, even within 60 days.

Refund will be issued once the product has arrived back at our warehouse.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.


CANCELLATIONS

Customers can cancel their order as long as their order has not started processing. Please email info@hairguard.com with URGENT in the subject line. Unfortunately we do not guarantee we will be able to cancel the order.
